Famous and Historical Casinos in Latin America

Many of the countries of Latin America are bordered by bodies of water with dazzling beaches. With its pleasant climate, many vacationers visit here all year round. Additionally, many activities and sights await guests.

The Casino Maruma is located in Maracaibo. Part of a hotel resort, the casino floor measures over 40,000 square feet. Here, guests can find 337 slot machines as well as 26 table games. The casino closes at 5am each morning.

The slot machine area opens at 11am while the table games do not open until 2 in the afternoon. Players can expect to find common table games here such as: roulette, baccarat and blackjack.

The Crown Plaza

Maruma Hotel is joined with the casino so guests may choose to lodge here as well. Four restaurants make up the resort, two of which are buffet style restaurants.

Further to the east in Porlamar is the Margarita Casino. Also located along the Caribbean, this casino is of a similar size to the Casino Maruma.

The Casino Margarita has a gaming area measuring 39,000 square feet. Here players can choose to either play slot machines or table games.
