Latin America's 50 Top Restaurants

Every year, S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna publish a list of the Top 50 Latin American Restaurants. Click here to see their manifesto and find out how the voting is done.

It turns out, that it is on the collective bucket lists of many of our readers and associates to actually dine in each and every one of these fine establishments. So far...we've put a big dent in the restaurants on the list that are in Mexico. Please read the posts about our own dining experiences. And sometimes, we may surprise you with one of our own finds that didn't make the S. Pellegrino cut, but that we think merits a mention.

Let us know your thoughts. Sometimes great places are a little off the radar - and we love to Dine Like Locals - so tell us about your experiences.

And as always...Buen Provecho
